1. offered a 25% discount but was charged more on paypal 2. fictitious notices about who likes you etc. An example of this is that I got a notice saying someone favorited me but when I wrote to her, she said she didn't, and the site does that from time to time. 3. The site inundates you with ads for purchasing add ons as well as unrelated ads. 4. The links for support etc lead to unrelated sites.

They sent spam ads with a return address that had nothing to do with the URL of "SeniorPeopleMeet.com." Others who posted reviews saying spam is not a problem are most likely attempting to discredit the reviewers who actually experienced it for themselves. It is likely that dishonest people are trying to suppress the truth of the negative reviewers. Take the negative reviews seriously! Legitimate, reputable businesses don't send spam!

I didn't use this site extensively. I got WAY too much emails and it's NOT FREE. of course. I visited 3-4 times; didn't pick up any nasties, no em's from other sites in my Inbox. After reading the first 4 pages of comments it is clear to me that there are legitimate comments and most definitely questionable comments. Suspect paid " COMMENTER S ' One questionable commenter stated that this is a great site responsible for "THOUSANDS" of marriages.I cannot believe that!!! Other legitimate comments tell of obvious attempts to scam you.; I think the site should be closed down.

It's a paid dating site. You pay to send messages and date people. Of course, it's not good for kids, but there are legit people on there going on dates with other people. My dad actually met a few women on that site. Of course, they will email you, but all dating sites do this.

I have been on this site for a couple of months now. I have not had any problems with the site. Its a pretty active site and there are a lot of people on it. As for saying its"Free". It is free to join and look at pictures. To send or receive messages you have to join. ALL paid dating sites do this. If you want a totally free site go to PlentyOfFish.com.

In my book when something is said to be free, and it is only a gimmick to lure you in. That company needs to be shut down!
