Is speckyfoureyes.com Safe?

Been using this site for 3-4 years, very good value. Not had any problems with customer service. Just bought 2 pair of Bench glasses for £80, they have just arrived and look good!! Would recommend to my family and friends, just make sure you choose your frames carefully, am pretty sure you can get a pair sent out to try them on to help make up your mind.

Hi, my name's Corrina and I'm the new Customer Service Manager at SpeckyFourEyes.com. Since July this year there have been some changes to the business including a review of the website, policies and the services we offer. We have also brought our call handling back in house, as we previously used a call centre. I appreciate that prior to these changes the service was not acceptable. However, I hope that the two glowing reviews we have received since then will encourage some of you to give us a chance. Absolutely terrible customer service. After about 2 weeks I started chasing and firstly received no replies at all. Eventually I called them on their preium rate number, even though it says not to and was told that they would chase and call back. Three calls later and still no one would call me back. Eventually , after threatening to go to my credit card company I receive a call saying that they will be dispatched in three days. No apology and no explanation. 10 days later they arrive. JUST NOT WORTH BOTHERING WITH!
