Terrible (No) customer service. Inflated shipping charges, and you pay them again if you have an RMA. No way to contact other than emails, and they ignore those until you threaten a charge back from your CC company. BBB has revoked their membership and have an F rating. See the horror stories @ ***** Stay Away if you value your money.

I work for a school district. We purchased a few servers from them. One was DOA. They would not issue a refund, but sent another server. Okay - that was the terms of their site - so we accepted. The one they sent was bashed, and malfunctioning. They didn't have any other servers of the same spec we wanted (nor did they have any better ones), but they would not issue a refund once we sent the 2nd one back. STAY AWAY from this company.

Not a bad place for clearance items. Go for the items with free shipping, as their shipping can get a bit high.

This online store has been flagged by BBB (Better Business Bureau). My experience with them is mixed, and the last transaction was downright fraudulent. They did not reimburse the shipping & handling for the items they DID NOT ship. Calls were never answered. Beware.
