Blame any problems on your software or line connections. Once you prove it isn't on your end it takes forever for them to correct it, if they correct it at all. I had 2 major issues, one Optimum Voice and One a Website I was paying for and the matters were never resolved and I finally refused to pay for their service after months and at least 15 service calls "
