Is verkkokauppa.com Safe?

Seriously, they offer such a fantastic selection of tech products that I couldn’t believe my eyes. From the latest gadgets to essential accessories, they have everything you might need. What stood out to me the most was their customer service — it was top-notch! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, ready to help without being pushy.

I recently ordered something from Verkkokauppa, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. They’re known as a popular electronics retailer in Finland, but my experience with the delivery was kind of a letdown. The delivery times were all over the place, and I really expected a bit more reliability, especially since I needed the item for a specific date. It would be great if they could offer faster delivery options and provide more accurate shipping estimates. That would definitely make the whole shopping experience a lot better

Verkkokauppa has a solid range of electronics which is definitely a plus. I love browsing through their selection—it feels like there's always something new to discover. However, I’ve noticed that their customer support could use a little improvement. When I had some questions about a product, I found myself waiting longer than I expected for a response. A quicker turnaround on inquiries would really elevate the overall shopping experience, for sure. So, while they have a lot to offer, it’d be awesome if they could step up their game in the support department

Verkkokauppa is one of the biggest online electronics stores in Finland, and they have a ton of great products. However, I’ve found their return process to be a bit tricky at times. If they could simplify returns and speed up customer support, it would definitely make shopping way smoother. Still, it’s a solid place to shop!

Generally a good place to do your ICT related shopping in Finland. Please keep in mind that the two week return -policy is only for products that have been ordered online. So if you are not sure if you want to return a product or not, make sure you order it online before you go and pick it up. Also, the return policy doesn't apply to items that have been restocked (there is a section in the stores for restocked items with good discounts). I've bought over 10 000eur worth of products from these guys in the past 10 years and have returned a few items with little to no problems.
