Is videoprofessor.com Safe?

Its a scam, got it for my mom she always saying she doesnt know how to use a pc i got so fed up about her always saying it so i told her use video professor so we got it and its been a few months now and shes never used the d*mn thing. We were told just shipping and handling and they charged 900$ and sent 2 more sets of discs, she sent them back without rmaing them or anything since she never ordered them. She did call at one time and got chewed out for not rmaing them or something im not sure how it all went down, BOTTOM LINE SCAM im amazed the government doesnt shut this SCAM business DOWN once and for all!! Do Not Buy Its A Scam!

This site should not be rated as child unfriendly just because the other ratings are poor. I will never understand why people do this. They go to an untrustworthy site and automatically rate everything poor. There is no pornography on this website, language, hateful content, or anything else that would give a child unfriendly rating.

Hides actual cost of charges for products you are not aware that you are purchasing in the "fine print" of the ToS policy while offering "free" products where all you are charged is the cost of shipping. This site is fully Payment Card Industry, Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) compliant and is scanned monthly by independent security auditor Trustwave. According to the administrator for hpHost it had been added to their list in error and has been removed. This site has never distributed adware/malware.

they promote their free software but force to call them on the phone so they can scam you into more products and on their website they won't offer it. this company uses the promotion to get a hook into customers and get their information and immediately spreads them to any marketing campaign that wants to buy the information without any regard to consumer privacy. they repeatedly ignore requests to have your information removed from marketing lists and once you do business with them, be prepared to pen the flood gates of solicitations and junk mail that will never stop.

I tried a free trial of their software. I called within the 10 day time limit to cancel and was issued an RMA number but they still charged my credit card. After months of promising to refund my money, they still have not refunded any of the $189 they illegitimately charged me. Because I didn't not dispute the charge on time with my bank, my bank now will not process a dispute on this charge. I didn't dispute it since I was promised a quick refund. Every time I call on this I am promised a refund in just a few more days. We are now in month three of waiting. The definition of fraud: A deception deliberately practiced in order to secure unfair or unlawful gain. My experience isn't unique. There are websites all over the Internet documenting the same experience. This company practices fraud.

I have done business with Video Professor for more than two years. The employees of Video Professor have always responded to my slightest problem quickly, honorably and to my total satisfaction. Their product is top notch. Although at about $80.00 a pop it's a bit expensive.

Do not buy ANYTHING from this company. Once they get a hold of your credit card number they start sending you (and billing your card for) wildly over-priced training disks. By sending a letter to my credit card company, I managed to get them to refund one of the disks they sent, but others report being given the run around when they called to complain.
