Established parties have no education or qualifications, but they have strong opinions anyway. They are afraid of anyone with more technical capability; they fight with them and ban them • the result is, the low technical level is maintained • people are involved with their personalities, technical merit is very secondary the moderators are also posters, so in summary, the site is the de facto blogsite for an uneducated, vociferous few.
