I bought an RCA to XLR adaptor cable from Hifi-Tower, and it turned out to be faulty - the metal shrouds of the XLR plugs were slightly misshapen (not sufficiently circular in cross section), with the result that the left one stuck into my expensive BSS FCS 960 graphic equalizer and couldn't be unplugged because the shape of the plug's shroud (which I hadn't noticed at that time) prevented the release catch from releasing the plug. That meant I had the expense of returning the equalizer with plug shroud still locked in the socket, to Thomann, the dealer, for the whole socket to be replaced. That cost me 148 Euro. And, was Hifi Tower interested when I wrote in about the problem? Not on your nelly! They repeatedly tried to make out that I had misused the connector, and my repair bill wasn't their liability (which was wrong, because they ARE liable for damage caused by faulty goods that they have sold), and they insisted that they wouldn't even refund the £17+ I paid for the cable, unless I returned the cable complete (which I couldn't, of course, because the shroud of one of its XLR plugs was in the equalizer that I'd had to send away). I'd already sent them documentary evidence of the repair job that their cable had necessitated, but they were unwilling to show even a trace of goodwill flexibility towards me the customer. Unfortunately I never got that shroud or the damaged socket back as I'd asked the dealer's service people for, so I was without that little detail that Hifi Tower were insisting on my producing before they would even consider refunding for the cable (no further mention of reimbursing me for the repair job)! I guess that the Hifi Tower people were satisfied that they'd dealt with me properly because, clearly, they are only interested in selling stuff (which they no doubt do well). But I would never deal with them again, and will give them unfavourable ratings / reviews where appropriate, as I''m doing here, showing that they have a seriously deficient attitude to after-sales service, and are prepared to put as many obstacles as possible in the way of a customer getting any due refund or acceptance of liability where there was a problem. By contrast, I explained the situation to Thomann, who'd repaired the equalizer, and, after a bit of discussion about liability, which they'd effectively taken over from Hifi Tower through losing the required piece of evidence, they actually gave me an ex-gratia payment to reimburse the repair cost plus the refund value of the cable, which I clearly wouldn't be getting from Hifi Tower. So, there really are good, responsible, customer-friendly dealers out there, but in my experience Hifi Tower isn't one of them.

Bought a 61 key Skytronic keyboard off there, delivery took 3 days. Came with a German power adapter though ... I'm in the UK.
