Is www.totallyguitars.com Safe?

I have made 3 email attempts to get them to reinstate my "Target Lite" purchase and I have not received any reply's to my request. I started the Target Lite program and was able to access my 2 monthly guitar lessons but after the first month Totally Guitars would no longer charge my bank account so that I could continue to receive lessons. And now, I can't even access the Target Lite lessons that I've paid for. Finally I have spent an additional $90 to access 2 "Pay per Lesson" courses and although I can still access those lessons I fear that it is only a matter of time when Totally Guitars will boot me out from those as well!!!! Customer service is defintely not an aspect of their business plan. Please consider my experience with this online guitar lesson service, and remember you are not given the opportunity to download the lessons, you are only allowed access to a server to review the lessons.
