Report the problem to Mozilla. The WOT add-on is a JavaScript application, which shouldn't be able to cause a crash. If the browser crashes, it's probably a bug in Firefox itself.
- You can use the crash reporter to report the crash, but submitting a detailed bug report to Mozilla probably improves the chance of the problem being fixed as soon as possible.
- If you are interested in testing the problem further, you may want to install the latest Firefox 3.5 nightly build to see if you can reproduce the crash.

Your site's reputation rating is based on a combination of ratings from the WOT community and trusted sources. If you are unhappy with the rating or comments, here is a list of things you can do:
- Write your own comment on the scorecard. Explain that you are the owner and why your service is good. Please remember to clearly state that you are the owner or employee of the company.
- Contact the user(s) who left comments through their board(s) on the profile page and ask them to review or explain their comment and rating. Try to find out if there are some issues to be solved.
- Open a forum thread and ask our active members for advice on how to improve the site and rate it again.
- Ask you friends and customers to rate your site.
- Most importantly, rate the site yourself.
Our system computes a reputation for a site only after there are enough user ratings for it. The best way to influence a site's rating is to rate it yourself and ask your friends to rate it as well.
