Is this a bargain?

Hi,all. I have had an email from QVC, offering there latest bargains,Im a member so i know its safe..My question is they have Paint Shop Pro Photo x2 for £41.80..Can anybody tell me if this is a good price as i am getting into photography as a little hobby,
At the moment im using FastStone Image Viewer,which is a free program..

By Canadian standards that would make it close to $84.00 . Amazon.com has that program for $42.49 US. I don't know if they ship to the UK but, you should definitely check it out. Here's the link :

Hi,Athlonite Thanks for your reply IF Amazon have got it i would prefer to buy off them as they are quite prompt and refund returns quicker than QVC who can take 21 working days..
