Pointless mass rating?

In my opinion, blacklists which are already in WOT's trusted source, an example being the joewein spam blacklist, hpHosts blacklist, etc should not be rated again according to the blacklist. As you know, blacklists sometimes contain false positives. Such false positives lead to some problems.
A site had recently been put off the hpHosts blacklist, and the owner of the site, I forgot who, posted on the forums to remove the negative user ratings of the site. However, Creastery, who has not been recently active on WOT, did not manage to read the forum post and thus his negative comment still lingers on that site's scorecard.
This leads to some controversy.
Also, since there is already a JoeWein spam blacklist comment on a certain site, why give the site red ratings and comments according to the Joewein spam blacklist?
Instead, we WOT members with the mass rating tool should search for other blacklists not inside the trusted sources yet. This will increase the number of sites in WOT's database.
Any proposition? Objection?

I agree with expanding to

I agree with expanding to other non-automatic blacklist sources. However I disagree with leaving the automatic blacklist entries un-massrated. The reason for this is that a single automatic WOT partner listing won't necessarily make it red (thus preventing users from landing upon the nasty page). The more people rate from lists, the more those domains' ratings are influenced into the red, and protecting unaware browsers from the harm that can come.

inactive user(s)

Your argument is not about mass rating or about trusted source blacklists; it's about removal of inactive user(s) ratings and comments when a site's reputation is turned around, for example as being a false positive phish/malicious domain.

That is simple, the site owner contacts support and formally requests a removal of a user's rating and comment and not via these forums; the user can be a human member OR a trusted source.

since there is already a JoeWein spam blacklist comment on a certain site
simply means that JoeWein's system received spam, nothing more, the site could be one that is PHISHing or malicious (injecting Trojans).

Also, how would I know a trusted source will enter the comment area after I've rated the site? Example would be PhishTank. I review sites there, if I cast my vote as "Is a PHISH" I enter them into WOT. If, after enough other PT users vote the same way, then it is added to PT's database and a day or 2 later a scorecard comment pops up.

malwareurl.com, malwaredomainlist.com, malwaredomains.com, and others are all user-supported. Many WOT users who come across harmful websites not only rate them in WOT but also add them to these other lists which in turn add them back to WOT at some time. I would mention members username but, if you've been active in this Community long enough, you would know who they are.

To sum this all up: We're a circle of friends. with the same goals; protecting each other online.

Do I rate trusted source blacklists? Yes
Why? Because they expire after time, so my rating helps enforce the warnings to others for a longer period.
Do I recommend other WOT Members to rate the same lists? Absolutely!, and on a periodic basis.
