The activity score is basically calculated as Yatti suggested. It combines information from rated websites, posting to website, sending invitations and sending ratings.
The scale of the score is logarithmic. That means that your score will not increase by double even if you double the amount of your ratings.
The activity score is updated daily, so today's actions won't affect your score until tomorrow (or the day after that, depending on your time zone...). So, rate some sites and let us know in two days if you don't have a score.
It's also possible for the activity score to fluctuate slightly from day to day based on your ratings. That's normal and you shouldn't worry about it. Keep on rating more websites and it will improve.
This is kind of a similar question, does that bar below your score tell you haw well you are doing in relation to other people, or is it also logarithmic?
The bar is just a visualisation of the activity score. It ranges from zero to 10 000, which gives the full bar. The visualization is linear. So at 5 000 you would get half the bar.
The reason for the lower activity score is that your rating behaviour was so different from that of other users that our system thought you might be a bot or some other vice trying to manipulate the ratings. Therefore your activity score was decreased.
Now that we know that you are not a bot, your activity score should be back to normal tomorrow.

Im not a bot.. i have 15 MB connection and i also can surf fast.. In my country WOt is not so popular yet.. most webpages are unrated.. Is that make me a bot?

We know you're not a bot. Your rating activity was just slightly atypical and it triggered some of the automated checks built in the system.
