La crédibilité indique le degré de confiance des utilisateurs pour un site. La fiabilité commerciale atteste de la précision, de la fiabilité et de l'honnêteté d'une expérience d'achat en ligne. La confidentialité indique le niveau de protection contre les intrusions ou les éléments gênants. La sécurité des mineurs signale la présence éventuelle de contenus non adaptés à tous les publics, voire d'éléments dangereux ou illégaux. L'emplacement de l'évaluation sur l'échelle dédiée résulte de la combinaison des données des utilisateurs WOT, des sources fiables et des administrateurs de WOT. Les codes couleurs utilisés (vert, orange et jaune) sont intuitifs.Le résumé des catégories fournit une synthèse de la section de commentaires.
