This WOT was rating this fraudent paypal as green.

So...

http://shopsmart.consumer.org.hk/shopsmart/ < This should be green because of shop advertisement.

but, add the end ( pl ) of this address and it will comes up as fraudent paypal.

WARNING DO THIS ON IE6 / IE7 where you can clear all cookies and cache for your protection

I rated this as very dangerous website, as well as very bad business and privacy.

I see what you mean. I just gave it bad ratings as well.

IE and Firefox both block that website so it's not too urgent but it should still be considered bad on WOT
