It simply tells you how reliable the rating is. The more people there are, the more you can trust the rating.

if you search for " Windows Registry Repair Pro" on google, you get result that is full of free download sites and most of the cases those sites are full of adware, spyware, ads.

WOT didn't give Windows Registry Repair Pro a bad rating, cause WOT is not a software rating addon, it rates the website the software hosted on.

so my advice is download from a reliable source like
download.com
tucows.com
and so on
