Attendibilità indica il livello di fiducia degli utenti nei confronti di un sito. Affidabilità fornitore indica l'accuratezza, l'affidabilità e l'onestà di un'organizzazione che pratica il commercio online. Riservatezza indica il livello di tranquillità degli utenti nei confronti del rischio di intrusioni o di fastidi. Sicurezza dei minori segnala la presenza di materiale inappropriato per i minori oppure attività pericolose o illegali. La posizione delle valutazioni nella scala delle valutazioni della reputazione è il risultato della combinazione di dati provenienti da utenti WOT, da fonti attendibili e da amministratori WOT.
