great site. can trade books for free with others (only pay for postage media mail). No issues with site. all good. no problems really, very trustworthy.

This site is known among its users for its horrible customer service. I think there are new owners or management now, but I don't know if it's improved. They have a sub-par database & refused free help from members like me to beef it up. They have a forum moderator who has actually personally attacked me & others in the threads. I love the concept, but I'm not thrilled with their seemingly lack of concern for the site's success & it's long-time members.

A very cool site where you can earn credits by mailing out your used books to people that request them, and then use those credits to request books you want to read! Such a great idea and a wonderful site! Very user friendly!!

I love this site. Great way to recycle your books and get something new to read.

I have traded about 30 books on this site. I love it. You can get a lot of hard to find, out of print books by simply trading off your own used books.

Big selection, most members trade only items in really good condition. Customer service and mediation of problems could be better. Overall, the best swap site on the net simply because of the selection.

Great book swapping site, vendors can be troublesome at times but the moderation team is fairly prompt on resolving any bad trades. Child safety gets a good score on me because some of the content featured on their site can be adult books.
