Unable to change password in WOT.

WOT will not let me change the password because it requires me to enter the following details for which there are no fields available like there were when I registered.
I am using Firefox (latest version) but the same problem exists in Internet Explorer 7.
• The field Birth Year is required.
• The field Gender is required.
• The field Country is required.
• The field Postal code is required.
I have emailed support but as yet have not received a reply.
Can anyone help?

If you restart your browser it should clear the issue.

This type of error message appears only rarely. The reason is that something unexpected happened during the registration procedure either in the server or the client side. I located the problem and corrected it.
