Is atdmt.com Safe?

The Atlas Advertiser Suite, which controls the atdmt.com domain was owned by Microsoft, but is now owned by Facebook according to this article at Techcrunch: ***** and echoed by the analysis at ***** ( http://whois.domaintools.com/atdmt.com ). In the Techcrunch article, Facebook claims, it didn't buy Atlas to launch an ad network, but to help advertisers “close the loop” and understand how their spend earns them money. Since then, however, Facebook has launched an extremely pervasive ad network of which these tools are a part.
