Any place to report "search" traps?

A web-studio (cslstudio.ru) crated massive array of fake websites, full of useless content (such as webcrt.ru; google found about 241 results via their failure, /var/www catalog "pkivlenko07"). Is there any way to report that kind of spam or the only thing we can do is vote for this site on WOT?

Sex 30 Out 2009 23:38:07 UTC — SamiRating is the only way to affect a site's reputation. If you want, you can also post a list of the sites on the forum for other users to review.
