Need site improvement advice from members

Howdy,

Our site, Elbowspace.com, is not rated as high as I would like; so I am asking you,
the members, for advice on how to improve the sites reliablity/reputation.

We have contact information everywhere; a compehensive privacy & security policy. Our site is PCI compliant and we us SSL for every transaction. Our site has been certified by Verisign, Authorize.net & Paypal.

I am open to any suggestions to help with our site's reputation.

I am also asking you, the users of WOT, to take another look at Elbowspace.com
and rate the site again.

Have you checked if your site have been included in blacklists, for spam or similar? False positives sometimes happens...

I googled Elbowspace.com scam and noticed this post at scam.com:

Also, the address they posted (28955 Pacific Coast Highway Malibu,CA) is a residential address."

Looks to me that your service has been abused,
and unhappy victims rated the service red,
instead of the abuser.

In any case, your site is only slightly yellow,
so it shouldn't take much effort to correct it...
