Yeah, sure looks like Chris Pirillo is into this scam up to his neck. Perhaps without realizing the phishing nature of it. The pyramid-scheme-like structure may found to be not illegal, because no monetary investment is needed. What it does, is people recruiting others to recruit others etcetera (free labor), providing the phishers with an exponentially growing number of personal data.
