Bluehost is an EXCELLENT hosting provider; as a webmaster for several sites hosted on bluehost, I must say I am extremely pleased with both their rates (which are lower than competitors) and much greater service (such as UNLIMITED file space [for your site's files, not personal storage; they have other backup utilities which do this provided free with your account, use those for personal backup]). For any small business owner, bluehost is a must if you don't have your own servers (and even then it's probably easier to use bluehost than maintain a staff to maintain your servers).

They are trustworthy, secure, cheap, offer incredible service... I can't see why anybody would bother with any other hosting provider (save for the free ones for people hosting personal sites on the cheap)

Also, the free items packaged with it are a great bonus (free domain name, free domain privacy, 2500 email accounts at your domain which can all be set to unlimited size... and tons of more great stuff they actually didn't mention clearly in their advertisements! - if they've got a short coming, its their lack of stating how wonderful their service is) "
