Technical advice

I have an idea. Some sites with green rating are misrated and distribute malware or exploit browsers, people comment on it, but rating still green.
Idea is: before site loads, look for browser exploit and malware comments and hphosts, malwaredomians, etc. and if negative comments found, do not load ANYTHING from this site and display a warning: "This site probably contains malware". People should have a setting, if it's bypassable or block.
