Avg is an excellent site, it provides protection for your computer. It is one of the best anti virus and anti spyware programs I have ever used. I highly recommend this site to others who are looking for a product they can trust.

IMO the anti virus program this company provides is more sluggish, has lower detection rates and is less user friendly than both Avast and Anti-vir. They have put effort into fixing the horrible GUI, but while it sometimes finds advanced viruses, it often lets some slip right by!
