This site promotes a dubious no-name registry cleaning application.

Considering a number of things, including:
* the lack of corporate and contact information;
* domain owner details (Whois record) are hidden by privacy protection service;

I can only advice to avoid this site/product. There is NO need for a legitimate business to hide its identity!

If you are looking for registry cleaner, some well-known good ones include, but are not limited to, the following (in no particular order):

Another lousy program which promises to work wonders....at a cost, but few have ever heard of it.....I wonder why? There are many free / commercial programs which lordpake has listed a few of, that do a far better job.
