This review is actually for the server “mywot” because I had taken a quick look at the 1.5 star rating for this provider and was obviously turned off right away. I kept hearing great things about it though so I figured I’d revisit here and read the reviews. So there’s 16 reviews, two of which are so old that they don’t have the star rating feature so that should exclude them from the total reviews, leaving only 14. Out of those remaining 14 reviews, only 2 reviews fall below four stars and neither one goes into detail about the actual “reason” for the poor rating; other than saying that it’s a scam and one claims to be in the process of suing the provider, and the other one is seemingly fixated on the fact that they can’t seem to get in touch with costumer service, while claiming that they’ve been banned from online chatting with the provider. Admittedly this is an unorthodox approach that may result in further declining ratings, but I’m justifying it since there doesn’t seem to be any valid means of averaging the rates anyway. If you calculate the average rates using a standard conversion formula for assigning numeric values equivalent to the star rating system, and then add the values before dividing the sum total by the number of (star) reviews, then the actual aggregate reviews should reflect 4.1 stars. So I don’t think that this’ll affect the final rating for this program, and I’m assuming that I can check back later and see that either the rating hasn’t changed at all, or even if it did somehow factor this two star review into their computation, I should be able to get a better idea of what method of computational conversion and average rating system is being used.

This site is a SCAM. DON'T purchase services on this site. Terrible customer service, they even blocked me on live chat. I tried using live chat on all my devices... PC, iPad, phone... etc... the results are... they are all blocked. I even got a friend to live chat with the customer service, and they got blocked as well.They scamed me, I can't get in touch for my purchase and I just got SCAMMED. This site is a SCAM, DON'T EVER BUY SERVICES FROM THIS SITE. I am telling the truth and I don't want to ruin anyone's day.
