We don't edit or remove users' comments unless they contain inappropriate language or attack other people. Each comment represents the view of the user who posted it and we are not in a position to determine the validity of the comment.
However, we strongly suggest that you:
Reply to the comment as a verified site owner and address any concerns in the comment. The user who posted the comment will be notified in his profile about your reply, and can adjust their rating and comment accordingly.
You can also contact users who left unsatisfactory comments privately through their profiles.
Remember that you can always vote the unsatisfactory comment down. In addition to that, if you feel a scorecard comment is spam or otherwise inappropriate, click the “Flag this comment for review” icon below the comment and explain the reason you believe it should be removed.
Each user can leave only 1 comment for each website. However, if you are the verified site owner there are no limits in posting replies to other users’ comments.
Please note that each comment must be at least 30 characters long.
A site's reputation is computed from ratings, not comments. Leaving a comment is completely optional. Since people who disagree with the reputation are more likely to leave comments, it’s not uncommon for comments to appear to contradict with the reputation.
If, ultimately, you can't find the answer you need, you can try asking the community in our forum
