Is cdmatool.com Safe?

I can't attest to the validity of the plethora of negative feedback but I would take into account the statement above regarding the thirdparty references quoted below "Information from third-party sources (0) WOT uses third-party information, such as listings of phishing and malware sites, to support user ratings and to provide additional information about potential threats. I think it suspicious (of the comments not the site) that the tool this site sells/gives out as trial version is used for unlocking and reprogramming phones. Something that cellphone companies hate. I also have been referred to the site by a very reputable site namely forum.http://xda-developers.com which helps users to unlock their phones so they can use any network they choose. (if you had to buy a new laptop just because you switched internet providers their would be an outrage, and many phones cost more than a new laptop) and also have administrator (aka root) rights so that they can install FREE apps for complete system backups, install custom ROMs, be able to use your computers Internet connection (aka tethering) which some companies forbid because they don't make any money from selling you Data services, etc...) So I will be looking into the links and I will update this if I see anything that agrees with this plethora of bad reviews and ratings. It is notable that WOT doesn't have anything on any of the sites it uses to check the validity of a site. And furthermore could these so called third party listings be for sites that allow users to rate a website too without any real checkups for validity??? The plot thickens.
