My VISA was being processed using the retailers PayPal card services. I needed to update my email address on my PayPal account, so the initial try failed. The cellcorner.com shopping cart returned me to my personal information page, but did not tell me there was a problem, transaction worked or failed.. nothing regarding the transaction (and they have my card information now.) They did however say the recorded my IP address and were having me reported for attempted fraud and they were going to have the IMEI number associated with the phone number I gave locked and terminate my cellular service due to fraud. This was at the bottom of the page where I entered my shipping, billing and card information after I had tried to pay the first time. I realized my primary email account for PayPal was from my now closed company. I corrected what I thought was the problem and retried the transaction with the same outcome. They are not even giving me a transaction number to refer to. That evening I sent two emails through their website asking to be contacted with the status of my order, and I would have been happy to even have them cancel it. No reply. The following morning I attempted to call the phone number listed for their West Palm Beach, FL office/store (561-921-5149). A guy says "leave me a message"; no company name or wording saying that this was cellcorner.com as online search easily provides this number for . Still no reply by phone, text, email, ... no transaction record was ever sent to PayPal when I check my activity page. What are they doing with my card information? 24 hours later I email them by responding to the confirmation of account creation email from orders@cellcorner.com. Again I requested them respond. Nothing. I explained I am disabled and only have money for one cable. I cant order somewhere else, as they already have my card info and may still process it. I can't afford the bank fees. In the email I asked to be contacted by end of work day the following day about a transaction that was over 24 hours old. VISA requires real time reporting during a transaction. It has now been over 48 hours and still no reply. I am contacting PayPal and VISA tonight to request they terminate and not allow them to process my order should they try. They have my card info, and nobody will communicate with me. This is against PayPal and VISA rules and something just is not right about their business.
