This is yet another scam online streaming site which attempts to place charges on one's credit card without clearly alerting the victim. Do not give out credit information for alleged "free trials" which cost to cancel!

1 Month 67 Spam Mails! And I am not a customer!!!! Many of my friends can not cancel the contract with directv.

It is a cable system so taste depends on the user. Be careful of their big sales pitch because whatever they say on the phone they charge you for their best packages for at least $50. I only watch sports and news so I didn't need ten, out of date,movie venues.I recommend copying the first conversation with direct-tv if possible.They copy your conversations and say so at the beginning. With a copy you can hold their feet to the fire,so to speak..This was my experience so on second thought it sucks like most of the cable systems.

I've had directv once before & never had any trouble with them. This is round 2 and so far, everything is good. I've had no more problems out of Directv than I've had out of Charter.

I love directv, I have had them for 8 years now and there customer service is excellent. I'm actually quite surprised to see so many negative comments on here, although more people go out of there way to complain than to commend. sometimes a bad experience becomes the only reason to leave feedback, whereas if everything works great, no comment at all. every year I call them and there customer service gives me free stuff. if you call and complain about the price, I guarantee they will give you $20-40 a month off your bill for a year. I get the Sunday ticket free almost every year. I love them and will never switch!!!

They do not let you cancel.
They give you the biggest hassle I've ever experience.
Do not let them convince you to leave your credit card and then decide.
They are a bunch of thieves.

These guys asked for my Social Security number BEFORE they could give me a quote. When I said no, they asked for my Credit Card number BEFORE they would give me a quote! Don't be stupid, do business with more trustworthy people.
