Is dogfoodadvisor.com Safe?

Excellent site to check brands and to get dog food / treat recalls. Signing up for their newsletter or recalls will get you a lot of e-mails, yet worth the information. Tested their unsubscribe and worked quickly. ( though did renew) #trustedsite

The site is safe but the members on the Disqus forum seem to team up against anybody who refuses to feed their dog what THEY recommend. They troll the low quality dog food boards and attack anybody claiming their dog likes the food etc. I commented on my dogs reactions to Pure Balance and Sportsmix Wholesomes and was offered tons of "advice" that I didn't ask for on better foods to switch to. When I told them I didn't need to switch and I can't afford to feed what they feed, they went saying "no rotation is contemplated" and giving me BAD figures as to how it wouldn't cost more. Thankfully, the site owner deleted all their comments and my responses to them. It got ugly because I don't need know-it-alls (who are not professionals) telling me what and how much to feed my dog. That is what my vet is for.

Dog Food Advisory is an Excellent SAFE website for all brands of dog food.This website is loaded with excellent information on what's in the dog food that you are buying for your K-9. You may be shocked at what is in dog food and wonder how your dog could eat it. I've learned a lot reading this website, yum yum. lol.
