The forum is fairly good. I've found a lot of answers here. Pretty surprised by all the negative remarks.

Landed on this site inadvertently via a Google link. Went to close the tab (in IE9) and was immediately subjected to multiple (about a dozen?) attempts to reopen the same page in another tab and in separate windows. Only managed to close them out with some difficulty. Came here to warn others; now I feel the need to do a THOROUGH check of my system for malware. Don't know who rated this site so highly before me (bright green WOT) but I suspect the site operators themselves...

Untrustworthy download mirrors. Adware, spyware and trojans galore. You're better off not even trying. I ran a test on some of the shareware Microsoft office tools and they were just trojans. Avoid, malicious content, ahoy!

in page http://en.kioskea.net/download/download-1204-cdburnerxp# the offered sw cdburnerxp was redognized by Antivirus - MS Security Essentials as an adware. I tried to post my remark by pressind the Add Comment button but it's a fake - it doesn't work. Here is MS Security Essentials report after scanning: Category: Adware Description: This program delivers potentially unwanted advertisements to your computer. Recommended action: Permit this detected item only if you trust the program or the software publisher. Security Essentials detected programs that may compromise your privacy or damage your computer. You can still access the files that these programs use without removing them (not recommended). To access these files, select the Allow action and click Apply actions. If this option is not available, log on as administrator or ask the security administrator for help. I've used cdburnerxp before and didn't notice any spyware but I should be able to post a warning. Their own site requires a ctroublesome registration.

I'd recommend extreme caution around sites that don't have any evidence, but make bold claims; that would include this one, with it's pretty little marketing grid. To foxhunter: 1. This isn't a forum. 2. This isn't a place to review Wot. See how it says ***** up there? 3. This isn't a place for "professionals". Pros get paid. 4. Complaining? That's what the comments are for, elaborating on your rating!

Is it not fraud? It is at least VERY frustrating, when the site says "free software" and AFTER one has downloaded and installed the pop-up window indicates it is "trial ware"!!!!! There is mos like a HUGE difference between freeware and a trial version!!!!! The software also does not open an install/run programme. I.e. I had to search it for it in the download folder and install it.

This site isn't safe though if you look just at the reviews and forums you will be safe. Suggest having a Pop-up Blocker though.

The pop up puts you off before you've started.

PopUpPest Don't go there

Disgusting site, should be blocked. Flash pop-ups are maddening. Just avoid this bloody site.
