It's amazing!...to a point. Then again, since they're owned by the Chinese I guess that gives them a free pass. It's just NOT right/correct. WOT needs to RED DOT them!!!!!!

spambots on their server ! *****

The domain hostnoc.net, registered through DOMAIN.COM, LLC is listed on at least two SPAM blacklists as of today. This does not necessarily indicate that they are guilty of sending SPAM, merely that the server that their IP address is associated to was confirmed by at least 2 sources to be a gateway for SPAM. This leads us to recommend caution on this server as it is possible that if it is compromised for SPAM, other data could be compromised.

Frequent hacking attempts on Joomla and WordPress web sites from several IPs from this domain.

Again, spam from hostnoc./burst.net. This is from my last spamcop report: Routing details for ***** [refresh/show] Cached whois for ***** : ***** Reports disabled for ***** Using best contacts No reporting addresses found for *****, using devnull for tracking. You know where a dev/null'd report goes? Nowhere. DNS lookup gives this info: 184.22.165.165 resolves to 184-22-165-165.static.hostnoc.net hostnoc.net: Registrant: Contact Privacy Inc. Customer ***** Can't get any abuse info there. Why would a public hosting company have a private registration? ***** whois: Registrant: BurstNET Technologies, Inc. PO Box #591 Scranton, PA ***** US Domain name: BURST.NET Administrative Contact: Administration, System ***** PO Box #591 Scranton, PA ***** US ***** Fax: ***** Technical Contact: Administration, System ***** PO Box #591 Scranton, PA ***** US ***** Fax: ***** See any abuse addresses there? So, you go to their web site, find the ***** address, forward the spam, and get a form mail back. We'll see if that stops this same spam from happening, but it's. doubtful. Spamcop undoubtedly disabled reports going to ***** because they are either blocked or nothing gets done about them anyway. So no, they're not really interested in stopping spam, scams, or any illegal activity. All they're really interested in is selling. My hosting company isn't great but when I reported an attack on my server from another server on their network, they suspended it immediately. And when I accidentally left them in a spamcop report that was about a domain name scammer, they demanded to know what was going on within MINUTES, or I would have been suspended too.

This site is a haven for spammers. They hide their shady practices and identity and offer no way to be contacted. Someone from hostnoc.net has been spamming my forum, therefore I'm blacklisting them permanently. I suggest every other webmaster do the same.

ethically bereft. hosting umpteen spammers - all of who seem to harvest identities via their unsubscribe links.

New statistics of malicious activity worldwide which includes AS21788 / Network Operations Center, Inc., a business owned by "BurstNet Technologies, Inc.". Up to 2nd place! as classified by F.I.R.E. (Anubis+Wepawet): ***** The rogue/corrupt/bulletproof ISPs issue, including NOC which tops blacklists like ZeusTracker and ShadowServer, discussed here: ***** CALL for ACTION! After so many years of clearly ignorance in stoping abuse and not (as they claim) the imposibility to stop cybercriminals off their IP ranges, I think it`s time that BurstNET Technologies, Inc.™ (website http://www.burst.net), the owner of ***** aka ***** aka "Network Operations Center, Inc.", to pay for it`s damage done to the internet comunity by offering bulletproof hosting for online criminals (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulletproof_hosting). It`s shocking to see that the US authorities still alow this rogue ISP to spew out malware, spam, and in one word, badness, by breaking an ISP`s regulations and code of ethics (http://www.acm.org/about/code-of-ethics). In reply to Andrei_i. comment. While ip range could used for illegal activity you should understand clearly what happen and be careful with your claims. Let me explain in short: hostnoc is one of domains maintain by ***** Fortune 500 company ***** known as company who offer reseller program for dedicated and VPS. All listed by you company is reseller of ***** Calling them as cyber criminals just show your incompetenceю Reseller receive order and pay for ***** and after this Reseller don't knew anything about activity on ordered server. Replacing ip range ? don't get me laugh - it is another example of your incompetence. If server abused for some reason and was terminated and then another order come to Reseller and reseller order NEW server for NEW customer - NEW ip range given to server and that all. There is nothing crime. ***** as well as most their reseller like as we, Rustelekom, take care about each abuse and where it possible we do everything to save internet clean but some person and "organization" look just want take down business from Russia forever. This is sad. With same "evidence" you could take down Theplanet.com, Comcast, ***** other big and well known USA company for their end-user illegal activity, Why you don't ? They are too big,has too big pocket or just owned not by Russian?

Some short evidences of cybercrime consciously involvement of "Network Operations Center, Inc." aka ***** The continous support and bulletproof hosting for the same cybercriminals. Some IP ranges used in the past half year to push malware ( fake codecs, scareware, etc.), and it`s associated "client" geting again and again new IP ranges despite them being used exclusively for malware distribution: ***** - United States, Scranton, Network Operations Center Inc / ***** ***** - United States, Scranton, Network Operations Center Inc / ***** ***** - United States, Scranton, Network Operations Center Inc / ***** ***** - United States, Scranton, Network Operations Center Inc / Rustelekom Ltd. ***** - Pennsylvania, Scranton, Network Operations Center Inc / PJMJ Global aka ***** , Russia ***** - Pennsylvania - Scranton - Network Operations Center Inc / WebDirect LLC aka *****, Russia ***** - United States, Scranton, Network Operations Center Inc / Rustelekom Ltd. ***** - United States, Scranton, Network Operations Center Inc / ***** ***** - United States, Scranton, Network Operations Center Inc / Nexeon Technologies, Texas ***** - United States, Scranton, Network Operations Center Inc / BurstNET Technologies Inc., Scranton ***** - United States, Scranton, Network Operations Center Inc / Rustelekom Ltd. ***** - United States Scranton Network Operations Center Inc / ***** That`s clear a way to delude the public to believe Hostnoc is trying to stop them but nope, they just serve them a new IP range. From above there are some clear conclusions: the support for the Russsian organized crime represented by: ***** ; Ruskyhost.com/Slavhost.ru ; Rustelekom Ltd. aka ***** or ***** (this one a Directi !!! reseller) ; PJMJ Global aka ***** ; ***** My observations are hardened by these statistics: ***** - NOC 29th place top bad ASN ***** - NOC 57th place in top bad hosts for 2009
