I requested information about three different places. I received 3 identical emails from "Pastor Cynthia" about her home for rent. She gave some excuse about being sent to West Africa on a mission. The homes I inquired about are for sale not for rent and as far as the realtors know the homes are not for rent. This is a scam and potentially illegal.
