Provides pirated downloads for games, attempting to rip maximum profit in process. Full-screen ad on clicking anywhere on the page. Downloads go through several ad-supported redirects at once. This isn't "for people, by people". This is for profit.

IGG Games is what it is: it's a torrent site, but without 99.9% of the torrent, and, in case you didn't know, most torrent sites are in the business of handing you things that cost money for free. As a side-note, not ALL torrents are bad, and contain content created by the uploader... as another side-note, IGG Games is one of the BAD ones. Sites like theisozone I can defend, because, despite the distribution of some properties that have not yet had their copyright expire, there is at least SOME legality to it (one of the sites biggest rules is the prohibition of games made before 2007, plus of which, they have a page literally dedicated to making DMCA claims, sooooo...)... but, with IGG Games, the main goal is to hand you games that were released months, hell, maybe even WEEKS ago. With torrent/torrent-esq. sites comes the obvious fact that you are liable if your computer suddenly has viruses on it, and, as this is a torrent-esq. site, you are liable if your computer suddenly has viruses on it. To top off the cake of a site you should avoid at ALL costs, is ads. Now, I'm not talking about the annoying "PLAY MINECRAFT 4 FREE" ads that are endorsed by Google Adsense for... some reason... No. I'm talking about the intrusive ads that open up in another tab, tell you your PC is infected, and are a royal pain-in-the-ass to avoid if you don't have an adblocker (are adblockers deadly to most sites? yes. are these types of scumbag ads deadly to most sites? YEEEEES!). In conclusion, don't support these pirates. I was handed one of their links (on MEGA.nz, which, btw, is a good service) without knowing it, downloaded the file, AND, upon checking the site with the built in Microsoft Edge, saw all this shit fly towards me... so, I beg you, DON'T SUPPORT THESE PIRATES! EITHER BUY THE GAMES YOURSELF, OR WAIT UNTIL YOU CAN BUY THE GAMES YOURSELF!

igg games is illegal, and how sites like Megaupload get taken down but sites like these stay makes me question my sanity! Basically, they provide you with torrent-free, cracked versions of recent games that are coming out. Even if you ARE into that sort of thing, there's no denying that this site is bombarded with fishy adds, that will pop-up when anything is clicked. Even if you HAVE an adblocker, these fucks have somehow managed to make pop-ups work with one of those extensions. This, I guess, is for profit. Nothing but profit. I could go on a rant about how adblockers are essential to browsers nowadays because of the assholes that decided to forever fuck all web-ads up, but I'll save that for another day. All I can say is, pop-ups or not, you'll need an adblocker going here. I once got one of those fishy 'your browser is infected' adds that makes me want to track the ip of the website and bomb the owners of it with extra stinky skunks until they shut it down! Anyways, fuck IGG.

the website has loads of pop ups and ads which are not appropriate for children, the webiste does not get any viruses into your computer but the games come with loads of viruses and trojans which puts your privacy and data at risk. I downloaded quite a lot of games and i had to reset my computer because it had destroyed my system, destroyed the internet ( it was taking me to random websites which are not safe), installs malware and trojans secretly. My opinion is do not download loads of games from it because it might result in destroying your system.

sorry but when i was there 2 new taps opend and my mouse started going all over the place and random keys like f11 were being pressed like someone was in control of my pc just a warning dont go there if you are not experienced with pc fixing
