Is inman.com Safe?

This company will scam you in the autobilling process. I never autorenew but in 2022 they offered me a $99 deal over the phone so I took it (typically $199). This year, I get a $199 that they autobilled me on my CC without my permission. I never activated the Autobill feature, hence the phone call from them in 2022, yet someone on their end did. Playing email tag with their CS rep because they won't pick up the phone and just tell you they don't refund. Email from to management on their site is turned off (now we know why!) and can't be reached. Agents!!! Do not use this company. They are run by con-artists with their billing process and I feel we should avoid them at all costs. Its time Agents put these companies in their place.
