Misleading claims or unethical
The Key i was sent did not work. After working through a painful process of verifiing that i was not lying I was told to wait 24-48 hours for a new key.
I did not get a new key, but was told, that after another 48 hours, I would get back my money.
After that time of waiting my OKS-Account and Support-Account were both banned from their System.
SO PLEASE:
Do NOT buy from OKS! They are just a bunch of scammers and not worth your time nor your money! "

Received a key that was already in use. Contacted support and they asked me to install TeamViewer so they could watch me fill in their bogus key. Then when you install TeamViewer and respond that you are ready to give your ID and Password, the support ticket gets deleted. Contacted support again, told the story AGAIN, ready to give the ID and Password so they can LOGIN on my computer. Ticket gets deleted AGAIN!
I am done with this site. Bought a few games but won't do it ever again. You just have to be lucky to receive a key that works. "

i ordered a key code and did not get it . when i checked the reason why they stated i failed a "fraud" test. i checked my pay pal and they had no problem taking the money out . so i've entered a ticket and still no response. i posted on their forum only to be told it was my fault for noy entering the proper info. i entered everything i had to. now i registered for the site no problem . got charged no problem . so how is it i don't clear the "fraud" test. im asking for my money back. i even put in a dispute in pay pal "

I have ordered Dead Rising 3 Apocalypse Edition (Steam Gift) and have tried redeeming the Steam gift link within minutes after receiving the link to my e-mail. I have been shown that the gift has already been redeemed.
I have opened an IT ticket, to which I have received a reply to provide proof and the ticket was changed to closed. I have provided proof to the their support e-mail address, no response. I have also re-opened the support ticket and informed the support team about my response to their e-mail.
Later, I have written on the OKS Facebook page and within minutes I was asked what is the ticket ID, which I have provided. The next day, my FB post was no longer on their FB page.
Support team asked me then to check my inventory, the gift was not there and I have provided them with the proof again, no response since then.
Absolutely unprofessional behaviour and I seriously recommend to think twice before buying from this website. "

Support is completely missing, bought 4 keys, received nothing and the order status is now changed to nothing, but the payment went through correctly. No explanation, no emails, no answers using their support system.
Open claim with PayPal for the refund.
STAY AWAY: they also appear to use fake accounts to push up reviews, so do not trust the 5 star review either. "

I purchased a key that Steam revoked, saying it was stolen.
OKS said I had to give the TeamViewer access to my machine so they could check it, and asked for times to contact me.
They failed to contact me every time, and don't respond to Skype.
After 3 months I've given up and am submitting this as a fraudulant transaction through my bank.
I've bought about 10 games through them, but the first (expensive game) with an issue and they are impossible to deal with.
Find another key provider! "

I ordered a Diablo 3 key and was surprised to then be asked to send security information via un-secured email. There is no way I was going to do that, so asked for a refund. I am not sure who they employ but they didn't seem to understand what a refund was and asked me to send the security information instead. 2 weeks later, numerous emails and customer tickets and I have got nowhere. I started having a go at them via Facebook in the end, but got told that they were unhappy with being insulted. Well, this joke of a company has totally insulted me and have my money and I have no product. I will be looking into legal options to get my money back now. "

I was a new customer to OKS, only two purchases. Both had problems. First was Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. Which was locked by region and the only way to fix this was for the "support" team to log into my Uplay account and link it from Singapore, or where ever they are based from. That was fine. I still got the game I paid for and could play it. Fair enough.
Last week I purchased Splinter Cell Blacklist as pre-order. It was supposed to come out on the 22nd (20th in U.S.) since they are in Singapore. Again, the couple extra days were not a problem to me. So Friday the 23rd comes around (one day late) and still no key. Late that afternoon I receive an email saying due to Gamescon, the keys would not be available until Monday the 26th. Still I think OK fine, I can wait. So I finally get an email late Monday afternoon with the serial key attached in a rar file. FINALLY I was happy I could play this game!! So I immediately go to Uplay and sign in and enter my newly received key....Only to get the message "this key is already linked to another Uplay account". I was blown away. I quickly entered a ticket to OKS "support" asking if they could help....That was three days ago and have yet to get a reply.
I decided to jump on OKS Facebook to see if any other of their customers had this problem. Maybe I was doing something wrong. So I posted a comment stating only that. I asked if anyone else had that message when trying to activate their key. Within a few minutes, I received a Facebook message from OKS saying "Facebook is not the place to chase down support!!" And moments later my post was deleted. So my only options are to submit a ticket on "support" and continue to have my ticket ignored. No thanks.
If this site would spend even HALF the manpower in support and verifying their key sources as they do in trolling the review websites trying to make them look like a creditable key store, they would be fine. I will give them one thing, they are good at covering their tracks when they scam customers out of their money. This will most assuredly be the only money they steal from this man. If you decide to buy from them....Good luck to you!!

They sell keys bought by stolen credit cards!
I bought my Guild Wars 2 pre-purchase and after some days ArenaNet banned me because I was using a key bought by a stolen card (which I bought on OnlineKeyStore.com)!
After one week they answered me that they can't refund me and that I just have to don't listen to ArenaNet beacause they hate OKS (no words)...
The support is always offline, you have to wait weeks in order to have an answer, which one will be useless because they don't read your ticket, so you have to wait another week hoping that a brained-supporter will answer you. If you try to use the Live Chat (which is online 1 time in a year) anyone who will answer will just say you "I'm sorry, I'm just a supporter I can't help you".
After one month, I'm still without key and without money.
Don't buy here if you don't want to waste your money.
EDIT: When I told them I was going to start a PayPal dispute, they refunded me. This will surely be my last buy from them. "
