Is onlinekeystore.com Safe?

Prices seem unreasonably inexpensive, but with Paypal's buyer protection, I took a chance. They sold me a working key. I don't know or care if it is an OEM key, a refurb key, or an otherwise non-retail key. It seems to have worked and I am happy with my purchase.

I havent got the Key for Star Wars (preorder).The releasedate was on nov. 19th (or 18th).And i waited until 21th.I wrote a supportticket. And i waited and waited...About 10 Hours later (it was Saturday about 23:00) the support answered and the game was unlocked for me.Finally, i got the key...I was really confused and angry. I thought, they wanted to steal my money...I already bought 1 time before (2 games)This was now my second buy (2 preorders - SW-Battlefront and Xcom2).I hope, i will not have the same prob with Xcom 2.If this stuff will work better in the future, i will make a better rate on "WOT"...I finally made a better rate, after i got the answer from the support-ticket.So, i'll rate it fair

Key wurde nie verschickt, Geld wurde ein paar stunden später von PayPal zuzückgezahlt. Seite ist nicht zu empfehlen. Man kann sich auch über Steam da anmelden, aber so wie es ausschaut arbeitet Valve Steam nicht mit denen zusammen. Ich für meinen teil zahle lieber 3 € mehr und Kaufe auf Seiten, denen ich zu 100% vertrauen kann.

I found many cheap games here. At first I was like "Oh. These prices are way too good. This must be a scam and not legit. I purchased and the keys worked. I did it again... then again... then again... then again.... All keys worked... all money saved! BADA BOOM BADA BING!

I ordered Wow Play time card ( 60 Days), with promised instant delivery. first 3 days did not get anything, after that they wanted my ID Card... what I didn't want to send them. The Support told me " don't worry, we just need to verfy your name on it" So I made a copy of my ID, blacking everything out but left the name. That was not what they wanted, so I said I want the wow 60 day code, or I will try to get my money back over paypal. suddenly I got the mail with the key.. ok, but it was a 30 day key somehow. after 30 days, battlenet said on that world of warcraft account, that its expired again and I need to renew. They don't make such problems to every customer, my friend buyed over 20 games without problems. So they make money with scaming few customers, so they stay online, with the usual " we can't make everybody happy, but we do it extra" face. Poor Business.

Purchased bf4 premium, was all good until first expansion dlc was released, then ea banned my copy citing stolen/fraudulent key (purchased from OKS). EA's support was appalling - but at least was direct and rapid. OKS's support was slow, responses took days to come - and when they did, the responses were clearly designed to buy time. It took me to threaten a reversal of the credit card charge to get a refund - and to be fair I did receive a refund..after 28 days. OKS - there is no smoke without fire, you clearly peddle fraudulent keys on a regular basis and treat any customer concern with contempt - just look at their responses on this site for an indication of their support attitude. Fawn over those that have no problem, and treat anyone else with an issue like a fool. Shame really, because the purchase process is fast and efficient (you get the keys quick, and the store is of a good deign), but you are clearly a one man band with no concept of customer service. If you do purchase from OKS and you have an issue with the key being invalid for any reason, most credit card companies will reverse a charge if your local consumer law is infringed. This looks bad for OKS with their payment processor/merchant and eventually card companies will refuse to do business with them, Stopping this ongoing sham. Shame on you, OKS! You shouldn't be in business.

This used to be a normal buisness but seems it has turned into a scam. After ordering and paying for product it was not delivered. After quite some time I got a response to an inquiry instructing me that my order was maybe a fraud and to verify my identity I should send a copy of my ID (not this was after I had payed...). I declined and asked for my money back. There has been no response forthcoming.

I purchased a key that Steam revoked, saying it was stolen. OKS said I had to give the TeamViewer access to my machine so they could check it, and asked for times to contact me. They failed to contact me every time, and don't respond to Skype. After 3 months I've given up and am submitting this as a fraudulant transaction through my bank. I've bought about 10 games through them, but the first (expensive game) with an issue and they are impossible to deal with. Find another key provider!

I ordered a Diablo 3 key and was surprised to then be asked to send security information via un-secured email. There is no way I was going to do that, so asked for a refund. I am not sure who they employ but they didn't seem to understand what a refund was and asked me to send the security information instead. 2 weeks later, numerous emails and customer tickets and I have got nowhere. I started having a go at them via Facebook in the end, but got told that they were unhappy with being insulted. Well, this joke of a company has totally insulted me and have my money and I have no product. I will be looking into legal options to get my money back now.

I have ordered Dead Rising 3 Apocalypse Edition (Steam Gift) and have tried redeeming the Steam gift link within minutes after receiving the link to my e-mail. I have been shown that the gift has already been redeemed. I have opened an IT ticket, to which I have received a reply to provide proof and the ticket was changed to closed. I have provided proof to the their support e-mail address, no response. I have also re-opened the support ticket and informed the support team about my response to their e-mail. Later, I have written on the OKS Facebook page and within minutes I was asked what is the ticket ID, which I have provided. The next day, my FB post was no longer on their FB page. Support team asked me then to check my inventory, the gift was not there and I have provided them with the proof again, no response since then. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour and I seriously recommend to think twice before buying from this website.

Support is completely missing, bought 4 keys, received nothing and the order status is now changed to nothing, but the payment went through correctly. No explanation, no emails, no answers using their support system. Open claim with PayPal for the refund. STAY AWAY: they also appear to use fake accounts to push up reviews, so do not trust the 5 star review either.

They sell keys bought by stolen credit cards! I bought my Guild Wars 2 pre-purchase and after some days ArenaNet banned me because I was using a key bought by a stolen card (which I bought on OnlineKeyStore.com)! After one week they answered me that they can't refund me and that I just have to don't listen to ArenaNet beacause they hate OKS (no words)... The support is always offline, you have to wait weeks in order to have an answer, which one will be useless because they don't read your ticket, so you have to wait another week hoping that a brained-supporter will answer you. If you try to use the Live Chat (which is online 1 time in a year) anyone who will answer will just say you "I'm sorry, I'm just a supporter I can't help you". After one month, I'm still without key and without money. Don't buy here if you don't want to waste your money. EDIT: When I told them I was going to start a PayPal dispute, they refunded me. This will surely be my last buy from them.

Received a key that was already in use. Contacted support and they asked me to install TeamViewer so they could watch me fill in their bogus key. Then when you install TeamViewer and respond that you are ready to give your ID and Password, the support ticket gets deleted. Contacted support again, told the story AGAIN, ready to give the ID and Password so they can LOGIN on my computer. Ticket gets deleted AGAIN! I am done with this site. Bought a few games but won't do it ever again. You just have to be lucky to receive a key that works.

This company appears to be using shill accounts (ie: fake accounts) to try cheat the ratings system. Good companies build up reputations over time with good service and support.
