The site is complete bs. They have tons of bots that message you once to lure you into a membership, but none ever reply. Create a profile and leave it completely blank, then watch multiple fake profiles of attractive women drop you lines.
I live in a fairly large town, but there are hardly any profiles at all in my area. However, since another town near me is more well known, there are TONS of profiles from that town. Why? Simple - the scammers who work for the site target the largest cities across the US as a numbers game.

This is an adult dating site. It features adult, NSFW content, but otherwise is fully legitimate. Real people are using it. The website does not generate fake profiles as with many scam dating sites, and the subscription they offer is processed via third party. The level of email control is comparable to facebook, so email spam can be eliminated with the site options. While one's experience with the site may vary, I see no evidence of a scam.
