Vox CDN is used by popular news websites, for instance: The Verge. After enabling this site via NoScript I am able to view pictures and content from The Verge. I'm not able to find much in terms of what it does but it doesn't seem to be harmful at all. The site itself doesn't load and I can't seem to find a parent company either.
