I have used Wise Fixer and actually bought a copy. I have had no obnoxious or funny business. I feel the software is a valuable addition to my computer well being.

WiseFixer is not a scam or otherwise untrustworthy website or software. It is no different than Tune-Up Utilities. Both programs do the exact same thing just as effectively as the other. I would recommend Tune-Up Utilities over WiseFixer, but both will work just fine and are worth the price of purchase.
