Good site although not as fast loading as some and a little bland looking. I ordered a watch from them. Arrived by fedex. Happy with the service.

Placed order December 9, credit card charged same date. Online order status showed payment received but no other information was provided. On Dec. 13 order status was changed to order processed but no shipping information posted. On Dec. 16 received generated email stating that order had been canceled, no reason given, and the purchase refunded. No refund posted with credit card company to date. Did not receive a single response to four email messages sent, including those sent to the address provided in the email notifications.
