I am healthy eater and vegan who is a highly physically active individual. Some of these claims that certain meat products and certain vegan products are damaging to a person are dubious. Where is the evidence and science-based nutritional sources on this website? An "expert" is a man following a two month plant based diet who practices alternative medicine. Alternative medicine is a S.C.A.M.
Unfortunately, gluten-free gets mixed in with meat free. If you are not gluten intolerant, have Crohn's disease, or celiac diease, gluten-free products are less nutritious and usually contain way more fat than wheat-based products. This website failed to address that fact.
