Is yac.mx Safe?

This program is a malware. After i installed malwarebytes anti-malware on my pc, mbam real time protection always blocked it form running. Then yac runs again after mbam blocked it,and mbam blocked it again. The "malware blocked" notification pops up a few times in a minute. Also,malwarebytes says this software is stealing its database to use as YAC virus definitions. *****
