We got with 11Alive through there business directory. I thought it would be great opportunity to get business and bring up the rating of our website. What could go wrong it is a news channel. They should have a strong reach. Boy were we wrong. There rep gives us one price but then charges us another price. This was just the beginning. They promised us that they will provide SEO services which they do not. They stated that if type Taxes or accounting or bookkeeping and Athens, which is where we are located, our site will be showcased near the top. Everything that has been done I have done myself. Yeah I understand it takes time but I have been with long enough to see they are not doing diddly squat. To get any hits you have to type eleven alive the tax or accounting or bookkeeping, or etc. You can also type our name in. This does not help. We want people who do not know us. People are not going to be typing 11Alive before there searches. This does not help us at all. Now lets get to the video they made for us. To get the video you have to sign a contract for a year. This would not have been a problem but they told me six months. I did not realized that it was a year until after I signed the papers. I know this is my fault for not reading through the paperwork carefully. However, it was wrong to tell me six months then sign me up for a year. I could have handle the year if they were actually doing something for my company. The video was not even that good. It was a slideshow that I could have done. If you going to 11Alive for the news that is find. However, if you are going there for business. Do Not Do It. It is a waste of time and money.
