So here I am with a MBP, good intermediate knowledge of using these devices and my personal experience with this site was just pathetic as I found it not very user friendly. Won't go there again. Nuff said.

Safe safe safe. Not suitable for children and you certainly don't want them hosting your home on your behalf :-)

Great alternative for booking. I used airbnb service few times. It's a great alternative to hotels and usually cheaper. It always ended with great experience (based on 5 different airbnb I've booked).
When you first book, you have to send them a copy of your ID. They check it.
I totally trust airbnb and already recommended to all my friends!

It is the biggest of the short term rental sites- and it seriously SUCKS!
The search barely works, pictures barely work, many of the listings are big corporate hotel rooms- not what people came there for, the review system only allows positive reviews...
It may be the biggest site in it's class- and that is about all it has going for it.

Списали деньги с карты 3 раза за одну и туже услугу, пришлось блокировать карту через банк, после блокирования, пытались списать деньги еще 2 раза. Писал в службу поддержкии не отвечают уже более недели. Крайне не рекомендую связыватся с этими мошенниками.

Have used airbnb in Branson, MO, Novi, MI and most recently in Bermuda. Have had nothing but great experiences and would highly recommend this site to others.

this site has a very large database of apparments for sublet all over the world but most of the times you seea price which is much lower then what you actualy need to pay at the end

the prices that you get in the results page are much lower then those you actually need to pay and that is very anoying
