Apple Inc. is a great company, and people who are downloading some of there software should first think about the fact that it was designed for a Mac.
Of course it can run on a PC, but results may vary.
Fraud, scam, phishing? no way they are a real business...
The site can be used to order their products.
The company does not scam in any way, and if some software won't work on your PC, go buy a mac or stop using it..

Warranties are bad, "Apple Update" pops up, constantly trying to make you install safari and a variety of other Apple Products.
Also, the products are bad, and iTunes still has problems.

I hear good things about Apple's computers everyday from my friend. Although, I hear about a lack of software, too. And I own an iPod Shuffle, had it for 2 years, works perfectly (And I just thought to myself, it's great it doesen't have a screen, because it's pretty much unbreakable).
