Despite setting my email preferences in my Rakuten account to "NO marketing emails", I get 2 or more a day. Repeated requests to Customer Service to STOP SPAMMING ME go unanswered, and no changes are made. There is no way to delete a customer account once created, and no one answers emails requesting account deletion.
My single buying experience was ok, I got what I paid for in a reasonable length of time, and in the advertised condition.
If you like null customer service and TONS OF SPAM, go ahead, but you were warned.
