I told them I was going to see a girlfriend when I got pulled over before they found an address from one of my car registrations and raided it. After advertising their victim crying during a booking photo on the front page as a gun running, drug kingpin, .there was no retraction when her charges where dropped. She was guilty of nothing but being in my house after hers was ripped apart by a hurricane. When I said, "I'm just around the corner from my girlfriend's", the statement was taken as an actual account with no investigation by both neighboring authorities an the news. Arrests are commonly made upon the innocent in Boise, too. The health and welfare system helps populate the listings unnecessarily and now, they are updated every for hours . I see potential for blatant defamation of character and civilly unjustified actions.I'm very concerned of how this county exercises it's abuse through authoritative channels and refuses to hold themselves accountable of being the biggest serial killers alive, statistically I believe. I can say this having made several trips myself, both deserving, and also not; but not caring. For the latter I was arrested as a scare tactic for another's victim-less charge. After a harsh offer, I countered with a harsher recommendation: "Babysit me for as long as you possibly can. I want a year vacation for that doobie my friend had at his house when you showed up. I plan on making this difficult for you, ask your neighbors why they are now federally ordered to build a new jail after my first 3 week vacation there." If it's a pot charge, use that technique every time and help try to keep it from happening again to others. At least the prosecutor in that case understood money logic and applied it in my benefit this time. As opposed to when I was busted for practicing medicine without a license. I wonder if all the welfare and foodstamp money I saved our state was redeemed equivalent to the amount the taxpayers spent on my $27k incarceration after 7 years of the hippie business in a number of states I often call the fifth.
